Lydia has proved to be both talented in her Campaign Manager role and a dedicated trainer/mentor. We collaborated during my onboarding to FCB/SIX. Lydia demonstrated a deep knowledge of Marketing Automation tools - Adobe Campaign/Pardot and a natural ability to share her expertise in a pleasant and comprehensible knowledge. Although our collaboration lasted for a month, i have learned a-lot from her. Her patience and dedication to train and instruct is always valuable. Lydia has quickly become a valuable member of the IPG team. She is a thorough and detail-oriented individual with a knack for teaching. Over the last few months, we've worked very closely together to plan and deploy all of the CRM communications for the Kijiji and Kijiji Autos brands. I know I can count on Lydia when I have questions regarding to Adobe Campaign Classic or SalesForce Pardot, for the successful delivery of campaigns. I would love to give feedback on my mentor and it would be great if she could hear the feedback because I want her to know what a difference she made. My mentor was Lydia Nour and we just had our last session together today. Lydia was the best mentor I could've asked for. She always made me feel comfortable and I never felt awkward or embarrassed in front of her. I was really struggling in first semester and when I got paired up with her she showed me multiple new ways of how to balance out my school life in a simple, organized way. She really helped me become more confident in my abilities to get through first year and what I loved about her was that she was able to relate to me when she was a first year student. I will keep using the strategies that Lydia taught me as I found them to be extremely useful and beneficial to help maintain my school performance, health, and social life. I think that this is a great mentoring program at Queen's and I wish I didn't have to say goodbye to Lydia because she was so helpful and just an overall awesome person!

I had the pleasure to know and work with Lydia during her summer internship in 2015 at my company 3ELM Consulting, an advanced digital strategy consulting company situated in Calgary, Alberta. Lydia first stood out by submitting a well researched, organized report on database servers on the cloud. I would rank her in the top 1% of interns in terms of her research and language skills. Lydia is exceptionally intelligent, analytical and committed. Through her contribution to a health care software for pharmacies we were developing at the time, her attention to detail, and her ability to learn things quickly, Lydia always came through with excellent quality of work. She strongly communicates her thoughts in creative ways not limited to words, diagrams, tables, etc. Furthermore, she articulates her thoughts and ideas to others in a clear, persuasive manner. She is very comfortable asking questions, in her words she needs to, “to understand it all the way” - her thirst for knowledge is unparalleled. These skills will surely benefit her in graduate school. On a more personal level, Lydia has a kind spirit, is respectful and a great team player. Her personality is a collaborative and helpful one, and she is an enthusiastic learner and teacher. For example, at one point we had her doing use cases with feature process flow diagrams. She took the time to listen, learn and adjust with constructive criticism. Once she mastered the task, she happily passed on the knowledge to other members of the team. She brings innovative ideas to the table frequently, and is very receptive to practical feedback. Lydia was a valued member of our organization. Through her work, we learned to comfortably depend on her to excel in any task she was presented with. Her professional skills and pleasant personality undeniably set her up to be a distinguished member in academia. I highly recommend Lydia Nour.
